SHIPPING POLICY

US orders take 1 business day to be processed and shipped, however, there can sometimes be delays that are beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.

Available Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (USA only)

  • Standard - Free on all 6, 12 and 24 pack orders. (3-5 business days after shipment)
  • Expedited (1-3 business days after shipment)
  • Priority (1 business day after shipment)

International Orders
Currently, we only ship to Canada. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We stand by our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, notify us by emailing q@getreadyq.com. We'll be happy to assist you but we ask you first try the instructions on the bottle. 

Notify us within five business days of receipt of order based off the delivery date provided by the carrier that delivered the package by sending an explanation via email to q@readyq.com or mail us a copy of invoice to:

Please note:

* The shipping charges (Expedited, Priority) is not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for unopened items returned in the given time allotment will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered a return. (see return policy above). Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs if the order has already shipped. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable order caused by shipping information errors provided by the customer or any matter related to this.
